ILLIES China continues its successful Cross-Border Training Program
ILLIES continues to attach great importance to staff training and talent cultivation. The mutually beneficial relationship between the company and the employees underlines our corporate culture and code of conduct.
In addition to online courses of the ILLIES Academy program, we also organize regular cross-border technical exchanges and product trainings by inviting German technical experts to come to China or sending staff to manufacturers in Europe. Unfortunately, many of these activities had to be called off for the past year due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic.
This year, as the pandemic has increasingly been brought under control, we are glad to have restarted our staff training program. In May for example, we successfully delegated our service engineer from China to Geiss AG in Germany for a four-weeks-long technical training. Then within the next two months afterwards, more service engineers and sales staff of ILLIES China pharmaceutical team flew to our partner’s factory in Europe for new product and technology training as well as important factory acceptance tests.
In view of ever-changing anti-pandemic policies, preparations for cross-borders travels have become more arduous. ILLIES nevertheless resumed the program as soon as practically possible. We believe that it is important to build the expertise of our staff and thereby be able to deliver most professional services to our valued customers. Last but not least, as an employer we always strive to create possibilities and opportunities for the personal fulfillment of each and every member of the ILLIES community.
